Phase 2: Proposal - A proposal is written, submitted and accepted/
Phase 3: Implementation- This may involve: integration within your meetings, data collection, strategic workshops or other support as required.
Phase 4: A feedback report is provided and the process is closed off. A new phase may be initiated if desired.
